Problem
Many Kickstarter backers want to support a creative project for more than one reward, so creators would ask them to do some quick math and manually increase their pledge amounts. This would account for the extra costs, sorted out at a later date—a headache for both parties.
Solution
Creators can offer optional rewards, which backers can choose to add to their pledge during the standard experience of backing a reward tier. Add-ons count toward total funding goals, which also helps creators successfully fund their projects.
